Cancellation

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. To ensure I can provide the best service to all of my clients, I kindly request that you notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, as this time slot could have been offered to another client. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

Running Late

I value your time and aim to provide the best possible experience during your visit. If you are running more than 10 minutes late, I may need to adjust your appointment or service to ensure I stay on schedule for all of my clients.

If you anticipate being late, please reach out as soon as possible. Arriving after the 10-minute grace period may result in a shortened session or, in some cases, a rescheduling fee.

Refunds

Return Policy: No cash refunds will be given for services rendered.
Refunds will be given, with a notice of within 10 days of original service and at the practitioners discretion, in the form of a rework or another complimentary service.
